Step 2: Once we receive your purchase confirmation, we will email you a shipping slip for you to use to mail the empty perfume bottle to us.

Step 3: When we receive the perfume bottle, we will refill your perfume bottle accordingly and ship back to you.

1. Applicable only for 35ml bottle.
2. Please make sure that you are refilling the same perfume.
3. Bottle condition must be good for refill and not broken.
4. Please follow the procedures accordingly.
5. You are required to ship the empty bottle to us within 1-2 days after receiving the shipping slip.
6. Perfume refill is subject to availability.
7. Refill shipping within Malaysia only.
8. We have the right to refuse refill if we feel that the condition is not met.
