Delivery Policy

For Ready-to-Order Products:

Shipping days are from Tuesdays to Saturdays only. 

We aim for orders to be despatched on the same shipping day if payment clears before 12pm. After 12pm, we will get the orders despatched the next morning. Despatch times may vary between 1 to 3 days according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

For Malaysian orders, shipping charges do apply and varies according to the preferred method of delivery.

For the time being, we do not ship overseas.

We will notify customers once the products have been shipped, together with a tracking number for each order. Kindly check and track the order accordingly until delivered to avoid any shipping inconvenience.
